Why are the products I ordered not the same color as shown on the web site?
All of our products are "custom" made to order. We do our best to offer you only the highest quality products available. We cannot guarantee that any product will be consistent in appearance or color from one batch to another, but we do our best to provide you with the same colors as shown. We reserve the right to use substitutions when needed. Even though the color or shade of color is different, please be assured that the scent is correct and has nothing to do with the color.

What type of shipping do you use?
The majority of our packages are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier or method.
When will I receive my order?
Since all of our products are custom made -- our current turn around time is 3-4 days (not including shipping)

My lotion is turning from white to a light brown, is this normal?
High vanilla content in some of our fragrances might cause the lotion to turn anywhere from a light to dark brown. Please note that this discoloration does not affect the quality or scent of your lotion.
